What an ordeal! I had similar problems myself.

I had a team of guys come in to install my whirlpool tub. 1 for plumbing, 1 for electrical and 1 carpenter to complete the surrounding area. Worthless to say the least. The tub was a bit complex and they didn't understand how it needed to be installed. They're Fired!!

I called my sister and got the number of the guy that installed their hot tub.

The guy must have been 25 or so and pretty fresh on the job but I think that helped. Jay is his name and Jay got everything done the first try.

I don't care how long these guys are on the job but the older fellas seemed to be overwhelmed.
